The villa features a spacious swimming pool with comfortable loungers, perfect for relaxing afternoons. Comfort & Amenities
Your comfort is a top priority at Hamptons Charm. The villa is equipped with air-conditioning, television, and Wi-Fi across the property. Guests can enjoy a portable music system, a bar area, and a selection of indoor games for entertainment. Additional conveniences include wardrobes, a bathtub, an electric kettle, iron, torch, washing machine, clothes dryer, hair dryer, medical kit, mosquito repellent, and secured parking space for 4–5 cars. The property is both pet-friendly and wheelchair-friendly, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests.
Bedrooms
The villa offers five well-appointed bedrooms, with three located on the ground floor, one on the first floor, and one in a separate house. Each bedroom opens to soothing garden views and is equipped with air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, a king-sized bed, and an attached bathroom, providing privacy and comfort for every guest.
Bathrooms
There are five attached bathrooms, each fitted with geysers, fresh towels, and basic toiletries. One of the ground-floor bathrooms also features a bathtub for added relaxation.
Common Areas
The villa features two spacious living rooms on the ground floor, both equipped with air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, a music system, and comfortable seating for 12–15 guests each. One of the living rooms includes a television. The dining area is part of the living space and offers seating for up to 10 guests, along with air-conditioning and a TV. Outdoor spaces include two lawns, a balcony, a pool deck, a lounge area, and a bar counter.
The swimming pool measures 130 x 65 ft with a depth of 5 ft. A heated pool is available at an additional cost of ₹12,000 + GST per day, and guests are requested to inform the host at least 24 hours prior to arrival if they wish to avail this service.
Kitchen Access
Guests may use the kitchen for preparing tea, coffee, instant noodles, or simple meals for infants. However, elaborate cooking is not permitted. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, oven, gas stove, refrigerator, water purifier, toaster, mixer, grinder, crockery, and cutlery.
Food & Dining
All meals can be arranged at an additional cost, and barbecue services are also available for an extra charge. Food, beverages, and event-related services are subject to an 18% GST. Guests may also order food from nearby restaurants such as Magazine Kitchen, Flamboyante, Broadwalk, and Paisley Kitchen. Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed at the villa; however, guests are not permitted to bring their own cook or prepare meals themselves. Prices and menu availability may vary depending on season and demand. Please note that food delivery services like Swiggy and Zomato are not available in Alibaug.
Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire villa, except for the kitchen. In line with COVID-19 safety protocols, access to certain shared amenities may be restricted if required.
Host Interaction
The host does not stay at the property but remains easily accessible via phone or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present on the premises at all times to assist guests and ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay.
Staff Accommodation
Accommodation for up to four staff members can be arranged in two separate rooms at an additional cost of ₹1,000 per person per day, excluding meals and taxes. Staff meals are charged at the same rate as adult meals, with an additional 18% GST.
Activities
Within the property, guests can enjoy swimming, lounging by the pool or lawns, barbecues, and indoor games such as chess and cards. Guests may also relax with a book or step out for a calm walk to the nearby beach.
Home Truths
In the event of a power outage, the generator can support all essential appliances for 10–12 hours. CCTV cameras are installed in common areas, including the swimming pool, main gate, and villa entrance, strictly for security purposes. The caretaker resides on the same property. While Wi-Fi is provided, connectivity may vary depending on network availability; mobile networks such as Jio and Airtel generally work well. Guests should remain cautious of insects during the monsoon season, and road conditions leading to the villa may be poor during this time. Outside vendors are not permitted for events, and food delivery services are unavailable in Alibaug. The heated pool is available at an additional cost of ₹12,000 + GST per day.
